After placing an order, customers receive a confirmation followed by tracking information when the package leaves the warehouse. Monitor the tracking status and arrange for someone to retrieve the package. A safe should not remain unattended on a porch, driveway, or visible area.

When the GunVault arrives, inspect the box before opening it. Look for punctures, crushed corners, torn cardboard, water exposure, or signs that the package was opened during transit.
